Participation. Request a participation code from the Tristan Trading team. Each valid code provides one spin. A used code displays the original result and cannot be used again.
Results. Prizes are selected randomly on the server using the probabilities in effect at the time of the spin. Wheel animation, segment size and prize illustrations do not represent the odds or guarantee an exact product model.
Claiming a prize. Send your winning code and screenshot to the team on Telegram. The stored result is used to verify the claim; an edited screenshot alone does not establish a win. A verified prize can be claimed once.
Organizer discretion. The organizer may pause entries, amend future prize offers or probabilities, and investigate suspected fraud or technical faults. Changes do not retroactively alter valid results already recorded. Rejected claims must be based on a verifiable reason, such as an invalid code, a duplicate claim or fraud.
Prize conditions. Images are illustrative. Any product specifications, account-provider restrictions, bonus conditions or fulfilment requirements must be disclosed before participation; they cannot be introduced after a win. Participation itself does not require payment or a deposit. Trading-related prizes do not guarantee financial returns.
